PaleoWest is seeking an experienced Field Director to supervise projects based out of our Phoenix, Arizona office. This is a permanent, benefits-eligible, salaried position with potential for advancement in a cutting edge cultural resource firm. Candidates must be permitted or permittable as a project director in Arizona; being permittable in adjoining states is desired, but not required. Ideal candidates will meet the Secretary of the Interior’s standards for archeology and will have demonstrated experience supervising survey, monitoring, and excavation projects in Arizona. Experience with digital data collection is a plus. Candidates must also possess good technical writing skills, be familiar with Microsoft Office, and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a rapidly-growing team.
